Custom fit or off-the-shelf orthotics to wear in your shoes, to correct, align and support your feet.
Sometimes we need some extra support to get us performing and moving at our best. That’s where orthotics can be useful.
During your appointment, we analyse the way you walk, the height of your natural foot arch, the level and type of pain you’re experiencing along with other factors to prescribe the right orthotic for your feet.
Orthotics come in a range of lengths from full to ¾ and they can be off-the-shelf or custom-made for you.
After fitting them, we’ll give you tips on how to ‘break in’ your orthotics and check back after a few weeks to ensure they’re not aggravating your pain and are doing their job correctly.
